The Women's Foodservice Forum has selected Alice Murray (pictured below) to be the group's new president. Murray, who joins WFF on Aug. 1, most recently led the development of several large, upscale hotels, and she has served as president and CEO of Downtown Dallas Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to restructuring urban parts of Dallas.

"Alice is an accomplished leader who has been involved in national organizations and will bring a fresh perspective to the Women's Foodservice Forum," said Mary O'Broin, chair of WFF, in a statement. "Her long-term interest in combining leadership and career opportunities for women and her unique ability to think strategically but act as a builder is just what the WFF needs."
