The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) awarded 42 allied association leaders its Doctorate of Foodservice (DFS) honor. The awards were presented during ceremonies held at the NAFEM Show Feb. 6 at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Fla.
