Prego Ristorante, Irvine, Calif., is celebrating its 25th anniversary this month by offering a three-course, prix-fixe dinner through March 31 priced at $19.85--an homage to its opening in 1985.


Executive chef Ugo Allesina's menu offers items from Prego's original menu including rotolo di formaggi e verdure, spaghetti alla carbonara, salsiccia luganega (Italian sausages) and tiramisu.
