Chef Gordon Ramsay and The London West Hollywood have been nominated for a Couteaux Certification Award for the hotel's support of sustainable farming practices by Couteaux Review, a national epicurean organization that promotes sustainable agriculture within the culinary industry. Ramsay oversees all culinary at The London West Hollywood, including fine-dining restaurant Boxwood Café.
