Cuisine Santé, a line of products from dehydrated soup, stock and sauce manufacturer Haco Swiss Foods, has been certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. The line consists of dehydrated, shelf-stable products including meat and vegetarian stock, sauce and soup foundation starters. In addition to being gluten-free, all products in the line are dairy- and major allergen-free and contain no trans or hydrogenated fats or artificial flavors.
